One of the Original Arabica's, Castillo and Red Bourbon variety coming from Colombia, farm Miraflores, harvested nearby to the forest reserve of Paramo de Miraflores in Gigante, Huila. Miraflores farm is located in the Colombian Andean region with volcanic soils and since its altitude is over 1400 MASL is considered a heigh grown coffee. The average temperature for this region is 18? to 20?C. Every process during wash and dry is made with meticulous care using a combination of traditional methods with renewed technology to guarantee the flavors and characteristics that make it specialty coffee.

o Notes: Floral, sugar cane, medium Acidity.

Colombia variety an arabica specie was developed from numerous progenies selected for their high agronomic attributes and good quality of the drink, with a wide adaptation to the Colombian agricultural conditions. It was released to coffee growers in 1980. The coffee drink has a body and sourness soft, and pronounced aroma and acidity for medium grade roast profiles.

Caturra varietal is a descendent of Bourbon plants. Bourbon is part of the Arabica species, as its name suggested is originally from Ethiopia. The Coffea Arabica coffee bean is known for its wide taste variety. It can range from having a sweet-soft taste to a sharp-tangy taste. Unroasted, they tend to smell like blueberries. Roasted, the fruity smell stays, adding sugary undertone. Harvested in Garzon Huila; at an altitude of 1750 MASL.
