ROAST 2: "Nicaragua Blueberry Candy Crush Medium Roast"
Blueberry notes with chocolate cream will bring to mind sweet freshly baked blueberry muffins dunked in chocolate milk. This certified Rainforest Alliance natural process coffee grows in the Jinotega Region by La Bastilla Coffee Estate. They create opportunities for sustainable lifestyles and income through education, providing job training and farming improvements. To prevent pollution, the importance of the efficient use of river water lead to contaminated water being treated in bio-digesters that produce methane gas that is channeled to kitchens for cooking. You will want a bag of this coffee to take home with you!

ROAST 3: "Uganda Medium Roast"
Crisp notes of persimmon & citrus with a chocolate finish, this coffee is very unique. Our Uganda organic coffee is a centrally-processed, fully washed microlot from select communities within Mountain Harvest's farmer network, a company dedicated to long-term economic and environmental sustainability for smallholders on Mt. Elgon. Mountain Harvest began as an impact investing project underwritten by Lutheran World Relief in an effort to raise the economic standards in remote coffee-growing communities. It has expanded in just a few years to include farmer education and training, detailed quality control, central processing infrastructure, storage facilities throughout the region, and international marketing. These farmers are Uganda's highest and most diversified coffee growers with incredible quality potential thanks to the climate, soil fertility, and a longstanding culture of land stewardship.

ROAST 4: "Democratic Republic of Congo Dark Roast"
Rich chocolate notes with tart acidity & sugary sweetness, this dark roast will brighten your day! We are excited to present this Fair Trade organic coffee from 51 pygmy women from the DR Congo. The SOPACDI co-op decided to separate out the women's lot to provide a better income with financial independence and autonomy for the women coffee growers. Paid a premium price for the coffee, the women can use the profits as they see fit. After years of civil war, conflict, and poverty, the coffee promotes the community to work together for a better future. The co-op helped build a new washing station in the Lake Kivu region, the first in over 40 years. By a bag of this coffee to support women producers!
